Envy Arts was created by Starla Limberakis, an accomplished Multimedia Developer whose resume includes a number of prestigous organizations, including Greyhound Lines, Inc., and Methodist Health Systems. She has produced and designed for a number of industries, including information technology, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations.
